Shipping policy
We process and ship orders within 1-7 business days on average. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via Email.
If the order is a pre-order, production begins once the order is placed and fulfillment can take up to 1–3 months. This will be clearly stated above the “Buy” and “Add to Cart” buttons, showing whether the item is Pre-Order or
Pre-Made. Please double-check before purchasing. If it’s a pre-order, it will say “Pre-Order.” If it’s a pre-made item, it will say “Pre-Made.
We do our best to send out all orders in a timely manner. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If your order is returned to sender for any reason, we cannot accept responsibility. If you need the package reshipped, you will need to purchase a new label and email it to us at bandoxhelp@gmail.com with your order number and correct address.
International customers may be subject to duties and fees, which are out of our control. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees and have no way of calculating the charges before your order is placed. These fees will be levied upon arrival of your order. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.
We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen during shipment. Once a package has been scanned by a postal provider, it is under their jurisdiction and is no longer our responsibility.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with your carrier.
